Let me give you an example: The "greenest person" I have ever met was my grandmother. She started to save water just using the rain-water to clean things in the house we were living. Or she would say: "Grandson, please.. save paper while doing your homeworks. Use old paper from your sister." or " Son eat your watermelon until the very end"
This is what it is about! It is about redefining our ways of life!
We must become more responsible with our resources. And we all know about that. Everyone is talking about oil and co2 emissions but.. what about the space? Our cities are growing and growing...The world population is concentrating more and more in the big metropolises. We need more streets, more avenues, more space.
I have an idea about something that could help to live little greener and make money at the same time: My idea consist in creating a network of car parks and bike rental system to reduce traffic and pollution in the center of main cities. This will be a great mix between alternative development and investment. In developing countries where the main cities are overwhelmed by traffic, smog and cars parking all over the streets this will be a really good investment opportunity!
We will create a parking place in strategical points and rent bikes to travel short distances to the working places. We will save space in the cities, create jobs in the building sector, reduce emissions, we will lost weight and..the very best... we will live greener providing our investors a good return.
