However, Switzerland is linked to the European Union by the Swiss–EU bilateral agreements, which make a large share of EU law applicable to Switzerland. This would seem to imply that companies can apply, although I registered as an individual, and indicated my company in that registration. My private limited company is presently incorporated in Italy, where I was resident until last year. On January 1, 2008 I became resident in Switzerland. I am in the process of incorporating a new company under Swiss law. I am finishing up the final editing of my video. Hi Bryan - it doesn't matter where your company is incorporated: it's about where you are. I'd advise to enter from Switzerland.
