Thanks for the comments. Well, we've certainly thought about having an online shop. The only issue is that you don't get so much opportunity to educate customers that way, however as an adjunct to the retail outlet, I'd agree entirely.
In earlier stages of thinking we even considered automated vending, but discarded it (the industry for value-added products in this space is still in its infancy, although growing rapidly).
