The idea is to be able to treat all the acid tar lagoons in Eastern Europe in a economical bio system and recover the valuable hydrocarbon energy that is locked inside this acidic material and in the process revitalize these sites into areas that are safe and fit for re development, more importantly to rid the planet of this toxic mass and protect our ever decreasing groundwater resources.
