Our company will provide the next generation of environmentally and socially conscious global managers with transformative leadership training and talent development solutions through projects in developing countries. By linking HR strategy and CSR, we maximize value to companies, employees, and society.
Our initial programs will last one month and include a transformative intercultural leadership development curriculum, and a supervised environmental and social impact project with local NGOs/partners in developing countries. These team-based, hands-on projects will build participants’ skills while contributing to local communities. We believe the paradigm shift these leaders experience will lead to future change within their organizations.
