0kmarket! is your local zero carb food store
0kmarket! is a new brand: it’s a food store which cares both for the environment and for its community.
0kmarket! Exclusively sells food produced within 100 km from the shop itself: so, my first 0kmarket! in Central Italy will only sell bread, wine, olive oil, pasta, but no coffee or bananas.
Food will come mostly from medium/small suppliers who work in respect of traditional recipes
and strict quality criteria; there will also be a bi0kmarket! section dedicated to products obtained through biologic agriculture.
All the products will be traceable, and every 0kmarket! will be different from the other, because it won’t have all the same products in offer!!!
