- 14XC Seed Capital Exchange to be "powered by MBA & Company "

Today MBA & Company, with over 1,100 distinguished MBA graduates from the world's finest business schools including IESE and Harvard, formed a partnership with 14XC, the world's first Seed Capital Exchange for high potential Sustainable Start-Ups. To increase Start-Up probability of success, MBA & Company consultants will control the strategic potential assessment, business model development and online prospectus construction of all Start-Ups utilising 14XC. MBA & Company will also provide all Start-Ups with solid consulting support during the seed stage.

Prior to the early 2010 launch date select Start-Ups will be invited to participate in the 14XC prototype phase and raise up to 250K euro in Seed Capital to develop and implement business plans designed to meet triple bottom line goals. Everyday investors will be able to explicitly monitor goal accomplishment and trade controlled volatility "Seed Stocks" with a fixed 25% rate of return.

Good entrepreneurs will be challenged by MBA & Company consultants to harden their business models and develop a solid sustainability mindset that recognises the ultimate sweet spot of long term economic prosperity as utterly dependent on environmental replenishment and social well being. In addition comprehensive questions will be composed by the MBA consultant that challenges and develops the fundamental viability of the business model.

MBA & Company can provide support to Start-Ups requiring help in developing business plans now, go to http://www.mbaandco.com/ to learn more. Please note that while early hiring of MBA & Company will the increase probability of success it will not guarantee access to 14XC as the assessment process is necessarily independent in order to protect investors and eliminate conflict of interest.

We would like to thank CNBC and the Good Entrepreneur Team for using Linked In to post and recommend The Economist article featuring MBA & Company on the 15th of July that led to the partnership with 14XC today.
