Tickets to the Final Show Prize Draw

This is a Prize Draw for three lucky individuals to win a ticket for themselves and a guest to attend the live studio filming in London of the final of The Good Entrepreneur competition (the “Prize”).

The filming shall take place at Hospital Club (or equivalent) in London on 10th of November at 19.30 GMT.

The Prize Draw is open for entries from 5st October 2009 until 23:59 BST 15th October 2009 and is promoted online at www.goodentrepreneur.com and via the newsletter distributed to registered users of www.goodentrepreneur.com.

There is no geographical restriction to enter. However, all entries must be submitted online so individuals must have access to a computer and the internet.

Confirmation that you are aged 18 years or over.

Terms & Conditions

Entry to the Prize Draw is restricted to one entry per person.
Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
The Prize Draw is open to persons of 18 years of age or over at the closing date.
Winners will be selected at random by computer from all valid entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
www.goodentrepreneur.com is compliant with the Data Protection Act. CNBC’s policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
The Prize does not include any travel, board and lodging expenses incurred by a winner and his/her guest in respect of the Prize and attendance at the final show.
The Prize must be accepted as offered within 5 days of notification by CNBC and there can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise. In the event that the Prize is not available for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Winners will be required to consent to being filmed at the final show and agree to certain conditions which will be notified to a winner on or soon after 19th October 2009.
Directors, employees and agents of CNBC and their immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sibling, daughter or son regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter to participate in the Prize Draw.
Entry implies acceptance of all these rules.

In the event that CNBC hosts a post-show reception, a winner and his/her guest shall be invited to attend.
